Let me correct that...
I write A LOT of workouts.
Teaching bootcamps 4 days a week for two different groups of Stanford employees + training team "Special K" at SLAC, plus any randomers, plus ME and my never ending quest to keep my marathon and strength training entertaining, new, and well, not boring. I have a google drive that I allow friends, clients, bootcampers etc. to look at for workouts on off days, but I am constantly trying to add people and it gets complicated if they don't have a gmail account.
So here we go.
Adding workouts to my blog that contains my life journey.
